I love this. I should use my Tumblr more. Maybe I’ll get on that one of these days.
A couple of winters ago, some of my high school friends got together and we caught up and told stories about where our lives had taken us. Tonight we did the same thing. Same diner, same faces. This time around we shared stories about our health ailments, our kids, and a couple of stories about some of our naughtier times. We are older. Our stories our different, but there is a thread that ties us all, and its lovely tracing that connection.
Also, they serve omlettes as big as your head.
So one time I wrote this comic where a kid uses an impossible key to unlock his head. Inside his head there’s a secret world, filled with dinosaurs and legos and space invaders and so on. It’s a mindscape, crowded with the stuff he loves and obsesses over.
My office is kind of the same way…
